Mountain bike production company Freeride Entertainment has released ten feature-length films over the years. While many agree that their formula has gotten a little tired over the years, every now and then they figure out a way to keep it fresh.
Today we get a preview of the "barge" segment from their latest release, New World Disorder 10.
Red Bull came through with funding so that Freeride could rent out a barge, build a full sized dirt jump course atop it and then shoot it from helicopters. Iconic riders like Paul Bas, Kyle Strait and the Lacondeguy brothers were more than happy to ride it.
The barge set sail in San Francisco Bay last weekend during a Giants home game. All the SF Bay landmarks you would expect make an appearance in the segment. Here's a preview of the footage:
