Our good friends at Grindstate.com are moving out of their old digs and into a new place. Typically moves are punctuated by the obligatory housewarming party, but these guys chose to look at the situation differently. Why piss off your new neighbors when it's the old ones you don't care about? Why trash your new house, when your old one will quickly become someone elses problem?
